I am so happy our realtor recommended MDS inspection for the first home we had inspected, we were so pleased with them we booked them again to have a different home inspected. Michael was a pleasure on the phone while booking and was able to fit us in, in a very timely manner. Taylor did our first inspection and was very detailed and was happy to walk us through his findings and give us detailed information on everything. He didn't miss a thing! They not only provide great service but were just genuinely a pleasure which is nice to come across during the stressful process of home buying.
